So in sequence of the songs, you can actually form up a storyline.. and so ...the story begins.
Its saying about a person... he goes and join Npcc... and so his Npcc life was begins... however halfway he went wayward ( meaning rebel or something eg. not coming to npcc, show attitude ) however finally, he got back, to the right track, to Npcc, a place he can call home. Finally its the end of his 4 years and he thanks everyone who have helped him during these 4 years and finally, he graduates.
I would like you people to see your own attendance, some did good some is purely ok-ok. Let me warn you people that your attendance stand in certain percentage for your promotion test. For people taking LCP it cost 20% of the test, CPL it cost 15% of the test and SGT it cost 10%. For those taking ssgt, so long as your attendance did not reach 75%, you are still eligible to take the test however if you pass, CIs have the right to hold on your rank till you improve on your attendance.

Hi, as some of you may already know the Old Supreme Court is open to the public from 4July to 1 August, so we are thinking of bringing everyone there to look and learn. This will be a great experience as everyone will be able to look at the court firsthand.
We are thinking of bringing everyone there however as there are National and Speech Day parade, it will be not possible to bring everyone out on Wednesdays and Fridays. So a poll has been created to see if you guys are interested to go on other days
You vote will affect the decision of going or not going to the supreme court.

I believe that most job scope should be quite direct except for the policy right? Basically for the policy part, Outram NPCC will come up with our own policy however right now it is still under construction.
As for the Fifth person right, its the new CI that KokHao Sir is talking about. So... he will still continue to be a secret.
This will be the job scope for CIs for year 2008/2009 so as you can see, Sec3s you all will need to design a NPCC shirt so start planning.
Since Sec. 3s are going to step up soon. I need a meeting with all of you. Most prob next week. It is going to be an important discussion about some of the jobs you need to do once you step up. Unlike this year batch of Cadet Leader, next year batch will have much more things to do, more reports to be done, and some working procedures to follow. Therefore, a meeting is needed.
I need ERROL to help me gather all names and time they are free. Make sure ALL is going to be present during the meeting!
FYI, CIs will also have their own job allocation for the unit, Kay Yong Sir will post it up soon. Reason for posting it up is to allow you people to go to the right CI if you have any question.

Ok..this time would be serious matter no more scandals...or jokes?(perhaps)... Ok..the sec1s have been in NPCC for roughly... 5months? sec2 1year 5mths? sec 3 2year 5mnths and sec 4 3years 5mths??
So lets talk about the most common misunderstanding that we face in NPCC and your personal life.. that would be MISCOMMUNICATION. Miscommunication meaning delievering the wrong message to the reciever. I believe that everyone would have some experience of miscommunication rite? For sec 2-4 I believe there are in NPCC...for the sec1s perhaps not in NPCC but in your personal life... So now i am going to talk about how we can improve our communication in NPCC

Ok here we have Joveina talking about the background music of the song being nice...(although we all know that but she just feels like stressing it again)
Her opinion is very vague... She said that it is "nice" so what is nice about it? The meaning of the song? The tune? or perhaps her new speaker?
Ok...looking at this into npcc context right often we tend to pass down vague information also like "Ok everyone go fall in" then everyone fall in at wrong place because the place to fall in is not stated.. and stuffs like that..
If we want to say this we can say that its the fault of the person giving the information because he is not giving sufficient information for the cadets to do the things he wants...or we can also say that its the cadet's fault for not asking for more information..and they assume a place for themselves to fall in.
BUT standing at the point of view AS the Welfare CI, its nobody's fault, the person giving the instruction may have forget to say the location to fall in....and the cadets may have forgotten to ask where to fall in also or they find a place to fall in based on their past expereience(giving everyone the benefit of the doubt)
Back to the main topic, we shouldnt assume things... just like in the story... CI Kok Hao assumed that Joveina is using a speaker and asked her to off her speaker and CI KayYong made even much more assumption....BUT WHAT IF SHE IS USING A EARPHONE or SHE HAS JUST BEEN OFFING HER AUDIO system until yesterday?.... there~ thats why we shouldnt assume...
Back in NPCC context...we also always assume what the others think... This is because we are not taking the initiative to ask when we are unsure of what to do in other words plain lazy or not planning well enough to predict what are the instructions needed to be given so as to reduce miscommunication...
SO...i know that the message doesnt seems very clear and good..but well... the most important message is still
"Ask if you are unclear of anything, do not make an ASS out of U and ME"

Important things to take note
To all the cadets, please be reminded that first week when you school reopen Miss Chan will arrange a date for you people to take your theory test.
During 5 of July 2008 all of you, from Sec. 1 to Sec 4 who are holding the rank of Private, LCP, CPL and going to take 3rd class and 2nd class drill badge, please prepare your promotion test. For the past result for April 2008 promo, only Jeremy Lee promoted to Sergeant. The others failed, please work harder for your rank and badge!!!
And as you also know from 25 June 2008 onwards you guys will be having Speech Day Training, i want all of you to put in your best effort during training, practice your drills. Tip top your Discipline!!! Remember we are the son of the police force show something to the people out there we have self discipline and we are keen to learn.
A new Cadet Inspector may be joining us next week, for now, i will keep it as a secret.
To all Sec. 1 and 2, i will be choosing 14 cadets to join the Campcraft Competition 2010. We need to get the committee ready as soon as possible and to train. If you are interested to join in the Campcraft Competition Committee (CCC). Pre-warning: please take note that some of the trainings will be on Saturday or any free days that any CIs can make it. What i want from the committee is the committment to train for that competition and would not back out half way thru. If you are going to join, please go to any of the Sec. 3 to tell them about it.
Next thing, i would like to see more improvement on attire especially from the Sec. 2!
Lastly, our current strength now as you can see is not a lot. When the Sec. 4 pass out we will have lesser members. I hope all of you to maintain your attendance for all trainings.
Ok... It has been few days after the camp so there is some things that we need to update and inform everyone of. ( correct me if I had any part stated wrongly or there are more upcoming events )
The coming Monday to Wednesday, Sec 3s are reminded of their 3 day course.
Sec 1s are reminded of the Road Safety Park trip on 18 June
Sec 3s are also reminded of their AAR for the camp
After the school holidays NPCC will most likely resume with the start of Speech Day and National Day training so I hope that everyone will be able brush up their own drills during the last few days of your holidays.
After the National Day, there will be an outing for everyone so I hope that everyone will put in their best effort (in terms of drills, attitudes and attendance) for the parades and we can have fun after that. The location of the outing will remain a secret for now. This will be the first secret, there will be many others too.... SOOOOOOOOOOOOO put in your best effort and may this year be a different year. ^^

NPCC Pledge
We, the members of the National Police Cadet Corps, do here and now solemnly and sincerely pledge that:
We will always bear true faith and allegiance to the President and our Republic of Singapore. We will always be loyal and true to our country, our people and the government. We will always be prepared to serve our country and the community. We will always preserve the peace and uphold the law.
Continuing the In-Camp live update....We recieve reports on serveral cases,or ten to be exact, of scandals
We classify it as " The Ten Truths" ( T.T.T ) Of which 9 are made up and only 1 is a true scandal case. Lets now have a deeper understanding of all the cases and make some guess to which is the true scandal case.
CASE ONE
In this picture we have LianAn Sir and Jason Sir. What they seems to be doing is practising drill cane drills, or not? look at the direction of LianAn's left hand and Jason's right hand....it looks like they are holding their hands together...and according to the statement of the witness, they both were playing with each other's hand below the camera. HOWEVER IS IT A TRUE CASE OF SCANDEL or IS IT ONE OF THE OTHER NINE?
SCANDAL TWO
Next up we have Yu Hao and Joveina. Looking from the picture, Team CIDA,CADET INSPECTOR DETECTIVE ASSOSCIATION-a group of people devoted to find out scandel within the unit, has deduced that they are raising their hand as a sign of victory. HOWEVER its not a victory for the game they are planning though as they have seem to lost the game... After about 3seconds of thinking, it came to their mind. Its the victory of another successful scandal.
SCANDAL THREE
In the third scandal, it is another one of Joveina's scandal case again but this time its with robin... Everyone must be thinking...''why is there a scandal when they are not even holding hands'' the answer to this quesiton is very simple....they didnt expect that they cant hold hands of the people beside them.
SCANDEL FOUR
The fourth scandal bring back memories of while we were still an infaint. lets continue down to see what it does....
Here we have some serious breast-sucking action going on. Due to the angle of the camera its hard for us to identify who the 2 person actually is...but lets look at other ''smaller''things around...looking to the right we saw ROBIN with an agitated expression. Team CIDA suspects that girl may be somehow related to ROBIN and ROBIN thus jealous and giving this expression. Statements from his peers also says that ROBIN has been showing attitude for the whole day... However we must always remember in this case...robin is not the one having the scandal so lets not waste anymore time on him and move on to the next case.
SCANDAL FIVE
Here we have SiHui and Yamuna. Although Yamuna is shy and has tried to avoid the camera face to face...however because he makes a 180degree turn.... his big CHEST has exposed his identity. It seems that Yamuna is afraid of having his scandal being exposed out however the other party SiHui, she seems to be quite proud of it though :)
SCANDAL SIX
With only Five more sEXCITING Scandals to reveal, what more juicy news will they bring?
This time we have two cadets walking out in the dark....Noboday knows what the front part of them is doing but we do know is they are crossing their hands.. Some says they were merely enjoying the scenery however there seems to be more than what meets the eye. How could anyone be walking on the road during the middle of the camp... Team CIDA suspects that they 2 were attempting to elope from the camp but failed due to the main gate being locked in the middle of the night...According to CI(NPCC) Kay Yong "From the scratches on the padlock of the main gate...it seems that they tried to use their own house keys to open the school gate but it just couldn't work...". Due to their failure they are still in the camp at this very moment however Team CIDA assure the public that they will continue to keep an eye on them and make sure everyone is updated on the latest news.
SCANDAL SEVEN
Here we have yet the THIRD SCANDAL of JOVEINA(IDENTIFY THE BLACK SHIRT.) Although this time its again with ROBIN(the one with curly curly hair) however it seems that this time..there is an additional third party...KENTON... From this view, CIDA deduce that KENTON is trying to touch JOVEINA's Butt however it seems that ROBIN's natural instinct had intercepted KENTON and had the first touch. Joveina, after realising who has touched...seems to be very very...and we mean very sEXCITED. As to what happens next during the night, no one is certain....and it remains a mystery till Day 2.

Here we have...our sec one cadet standing together with our sec 2 girl....is it reallly considered a scandal?
SCANDAL NINE
With the last 2 Scandals to go...have everyone decided which is the truth and which nine are the FAKE? Or are you thinking that one of the last 2 is the real one...
This pictures shows Lit Kian. Using the legendary arts of seduction, Lit Kian raised his hands with an attempt to seduce the rest with his armpit.... Now using the third skill and the final level of armpit seduction...he is rubbing his armpit against some else...as to who is the one enjoying it...we do not know....
SCANDAL TEN. THE FINALALE
Here we have....a picture of Kok Hao Sir and Kay Yong Sir on the right side...ITS OBVIOUS....LOOK AT KAYYONG SIR....something...suspected to be a hand is touching his P****..... While they think that everyone is not looking...they try to do some things in the public....however it did not escape the eyes of our camera. TO ALL CADETs..DON't THINK ThaT No ONE KNOWS ANYTHING JUST BECAUSE NO ONE IS LOOKING DIRECTLY....
THE TRUTH
HERE WE HAVE... The TRUTH that everyone is waiting for....ITS JOVEINA and ROBIN....this is a picture that is taken as they are being "arrested" by Team CIDA for their actions...more in dept-investigation are still going on...and as you are reading this...they may just be still under questioning.... As for the other nine cases....due to the lack of evidence from CIDA...nothing could be done to them...and thus they are considered FAKE scandals...

It has once again come to the ONCE-A-YEAR outram npcc june camp. What sEXCITING sEXPERIENCE awaits the members of outram npcc this year?
With that....the camp start off with a blast with cadets trying to "BREAK INTO" the campsite...
And after several attempts they finally succeeded in passing through the gates
Only to realise that they had "BROKE INTO" the wrong place....and the ICs were waiting at the ampitheatre like no tomorrow...well~, Communication breakdown ASALWAYS...
But, with the determination they build up in npcc...the cadets try to find every possible clues to help them find the right gather point and...they found this...
At first it may look like some simple things with just names on top...however using their Detective Conan-like they found out an important clue by looking at the names....if we all just look carefull at the 3rd alphabet of the names we will realise that it actually forms a word...with "RENA" if we rearrranged it, it will form " NEAR" and....ture enough...they found the right place after an exaggerated estimation of 15hours......
And to make up for the lost 15hours...they quickly began with the traditonal O.C. speech ( Overall. Campco-ordinator. not Officer in Command)
After that the campers went back to their "BUNK" and began their second activity...FLAG MAKING.
In total 4 flags were made....2 by the campers, 1 by the organizing committee and 1 by the CIs..so lets down zoom down to each for a better look and understanding.
First up we have flag from 7United....
As u can see...the '7' symboalizes the number 7 and the 'united' symbolizes united...a pretty straight forward flag i guess...
Next we have the second group...and they call themseleves the...SP6
As to what each alphabet stands for i will now decode them for you..... The 'S' symbolizes Simply which means simple and the P stands for per/FAT....when u add both together...it will become Simply per/FAT..meaning everyone in the group is just simply fat...xD ( no offence )
Next is the one done by the Sec 3s and 4s.
Like a normal flag...the middle portion usually is the centre of attraction...so everybody must be wondering why did they use a SHITMAN in the middle.... This however still remains as a mystery to us...
FINALLY and FINALLY we have the one done by the CIs.
Theirs has a Cadet Inspector in the middle to represent them. OK, I DO NOT WANT TO TALK ABOUT THEM. THATS ALL FOr TheIR POSTER.
OKOK next activity is the human knot or something....
Here are the picture of the victorious team. Some may be pondering why the image is so blur when they are trying to find out who are the actual winners...after some research and analysis we found out the true reason which resulted in the blur photos...Look at the 2 photos...what do they have in common? YES, if u had guessed its their ARMPIT............YOU ARE RIGHT!*!*! Through our thorough research we have realise that the "fragrant" that is coming out from their ARMPIT is the absolute cause of everything...And with this, we URGE everyone not to raise their arms if they are trying to take nice clear photos.

As for this group of people...they are trying to be a boyband...and their aims? to be the best boyband in outram npcc history...but well...i knew its hard for them to make it...WHY? its obvious...look at those boyband that make it...THEY HAVE FIVE PEOPLE...juz how many boybands would have 3 people in it?
Ok...it went on till Bath Time, Dinner...and after dinner we had our CAMPCRAFT BADGE TEST...
For the test...some may feel that it is easy.
Others may feel stressed...
While there are some who will even cry over it....
While some...just try to seek some enlightenment.
And so...what happened in the end for the test?? With the efficient CIs that we have...the result of the campcraft paper was out that very day....almost as soon as it ended.... Below is a picture of the result.
YES...the result of the test...is a broken scissor.... In order to produce the best results there is...some campers broke the head of the scissor in order to relief stress and score better....The true marks for the test? It remains the seKret....
Tomorrow is the NPCC June Training Camp. Hope everyone going a good and refreshing day start tomorrow. For sec 3s, good luck for your upcoming challenge, as the june camp is where you people present your leadership. It will also help you to lead our unit to a greater heights. Good luck to all as well.

Also DO NOT Bring any electronic games , card games , handphones n pillow.If found, CIs will have the right to confiscate it.Also for those who have a history of medical illness, pls bring along yr medication. Also the time for campers to report is at 8am while the sec 3s and the NCOs who ar going down will have to report at 7am.Please be punctual to avoid missing some of the activities.
