I believe that most job scope should be quite direct except for the policy right? Basically for the policy part, Outram NPCC will come up with our own policy however right now it is still under construction.
As for the Fifth person right, its the new CI that KokHao Sir is talking about. So... he will still continue to be a secret.
This will be the job scope for CIs for year 2008/2009 so as you can see, Sec3s you all will need to design a NPCC shirt so start planning.
