reflection on training for today !
drills for the first one hour !
learnt pt kit drills .
LOL .
and had punishment cause some of the people were not in track pants ;x

after that sec 1s go for games ,
while the others continue having drills !

pt after that !
did warm up .
then they went for a jog 2 rounds around the school .
LOL .

after that had debrief , etc ..
and dismissedddddddddddddddddddddddddd .

For those who got punish tat has track pants and never wear because you know its PT session, blame your sihui mdm for not informing you guys early. (:
